My stay at Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel & Spa was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from Taksim Square, making it super easy to explore the city. However, I was pretty disappointed with the noise levels; I could hear everything happening outside, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel & Spa. While the location was fantastic, so close to Taksim Square and numerous dining options, the noise levels in my room were quite bothersome. The staff, particularly Yilmaz and Orhan, were friendly and helpful, adding a nice touch to the experience. However, the elevators were slow, and the lack of stable water temperature in the shower made things frustrating at times.
I had a mixed experience at Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel & Spa. While the location near Taksim Square was incredibly convenient for exploring the city, I was disappointed with the room conditions and some staff interactions. Though there were staff members like Kübra who were exceptionally helpful, others left much to be desired. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, but overall, the hotel showed signs of age that negatively influenced my stay.

The staff, particularly Kubra, were incredibly helpful and made my experience more pleasant, despite some shortcomings with the breakfast and noise levels at night.
